Welcome to BizNetwork Pty Ltd (“BizNetwork,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) and any related services provided by BizNetwork (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Use of the Services

User Responsibilities

  1. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. BizNetwork does not conduct background checks on its users and is not responsible for the conduct of any user.
  2. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Services.
  3. You agree not to use the Services to:
    • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
    • Share content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
    • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Content and Intellectual Property

  1. By posting content on the App, you grant BizNetwork a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content.
  2. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you post on the App. BizNetwork does not claim ownership of your content.

 

Disclaimers

  1. No Warranty: The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. BizNetwork disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  2. No Liability for Negative Experiences: BizNetwork is not responsible or liable for any negative experiences or interactions you may have with other users. You use the Services at your own risk.
  3. No Liability for Idea Theft: BizNetwork is not responsible for any theft or misappropriation of ideas, projects, or other intellectual property that may occur through the use of our Services.

 

Limitation of Liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BizNetwork, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
    • Your use or inability to use the Services.
    • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
    • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
    • Any content obtained from the Services.
    • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to indemnify and hold BizNetwork, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

BizNetwork reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our App. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
